Should any of our products – from our precision-engineered Soft Close Toilet Seats to our stylish Keuco Accessories – not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Please note:
- Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Certain hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned (see exceptions below)
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Toilet Brush & Toilet Brush Holders (once removed from packaging)
- Novelty Toilet Seats (if packaging seal is broken)
- Any products where the original packaging has been damaged or discarded
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

Damaged or Incorrect Items

International Returns
For customers outside the UK (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- Include all original paperwork
- We cannot refund original shipping or customs fees
