- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium bathroom fixtures, from our precision-engineered Soft Close Toilet Seats to our elegant Keuco Accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Our Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unused in original packaging with all tags attached
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless item is faulty
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Toilet Brush & Toilet Brush Holders (once removed from packaging)
- Novelty Toilet Seats (if packaging seal is broken)
- Any products where original packaging has been damaged or discarded
